How does coaching work?
A coach enables clients to engage, reflect, learn, grow and take action to become the persons they want to be and have lives they want to lead by asking empowering questions, calling out their power, championing, challenging, being curious, embracing polarities, creating safety, reflecting, taking risks etc.. At the highest level, the coaching process unfolds as the coach asks questions and mirrors understandings to help the client gain insights on their feelings and clarity about their path forward
