Do you think about self care but somehow don’t get around to doing it? Are you uncertain of what self care could look like in your life? How can you manage self care when trauma is a routine part of your personal or professional life? (e.g., #metoo, activism, discrimination, 24-hour news cycle, challenging domestic environments)
